Dear Readers, the Dena Bank has released the joining details for the candidates who are provisionally allotted to Dena Bank by the IBPS for the post of Probationary Officer under CWE PO - III & IV.
REPORTING FOR JOINING THE SERVICES OF DENA BANK
Offer of Appointment by e-mail is being sent to all the Selected candidates by the Bank. Hard copy of Offer of Appointment is being dispatched.
The candidates are required to report to the respective Zonal Office for completion of pre-recruitment formalities including medical examination on or before 30.06.2015. On completion of pre-recruitment formalities candidates are required to join the services of Dena Bank immediately.
In Case non-receipt of e-mail/ Offer of appointment ,candidate may report to the concerned Authority for pre-recruitment formalities including medical examination and joining on any day between 29.06.2015 - 30.06.2015 along with the following documents in original (along with one photo copy duly self - attested). Copy of Offer of Appointment will be provided to you at the time of Reporting for your reference and acceptance :-
1. e-mail/ hard copy of Offer of Appointment
2. Three latest passport size photographs.
3. Proof of date of birth (Birth certificate, SSC/ Matric certificate showing date of birth)
4. Certificates in support of your educational qualifications from SSC / Matric onwards (including degree / post-graduation / technical and professional qualifications, as applicable) along with mark sheets for each year /semester.
5. Experience certificate / s, if any.
6. Caste / community certificate issued by the competent authority in the format prescribed by Govt. of India, in case you belong to SC / ST / OBC category.
7. Candidates belonging to OBC category should submit the latest OBC certificate specifically mentioning the “creamy layer” clause. OBC certificate should be issued between 01.04.2013-31.03.2014 (CWE-III) / 12.08.2013-11.08.2014( CWE-IV).
8. FOR Persons With Disabilities :- Medical certificate from the medical board at the district level
9. Ex- Servicemen: - the date of relieving from defence service should be on or before 12.08.2014(CWE-III) / 10.08.2015( CWE-IV).
10. Relieving order from your present employer, if employed.
11. Satisfactory character certificates from two respectable persons, who know you for more than three years, not related to you and obtained on recent date( Character certificate should not be more than six months old.( Format enclosed - It should be on proper letter head duly signed & stamped)
Pre-recruitment medical examination will be carried out by the Bank’s approved Medical Panel at their Place of posting,
